So over the last couple of weeks I have moving around a bit. I wanted to really go indepth and keep yall up to date, but I am not really in the mood. Here is the short version...
Last weekend:
1. Went back to TALK in Southend with Lynn and had a good time.
2. Lynn ended up getting surrounded on the dance floor by two guys and a girl from Zimbawe. Lynn is what you would consider to be a try-sexual. Needless to say she spent the rest of the evening swapping spit with the girl who is her namesake.
3. I met a bloke named Darlington (isn't that quaint) that I have been playing phone tag with over the last week. He is a counselor and is about 22yr old. I likkee the youngsters.
Midweek:
1. Ended up in Chelmsford with Matt (coworker) and Shona (his girlfriend). I found Yates (pub) and Ancient Nights (a cocktail bar) in which long island ice teas flow with ease. Finally!!!! I drank Matt under the table. He had 5 five long islands not realizing they have 5 shots a piece in each drink.
2. Found a guy in Yates for Lynn. Handsome bloke, but only problem is, he is 20. He has some ex-girlfriend in another country, visa expired, left, broke up, needed closure went back, came back an alcoholic, seems he feels better now.
This weekend:
1. Went out to Yates in Chemlsford, so Lynn could meet the bloke I wanted to hook her up with. She thought he was ok, until big mouth Matt let out that he was 20. Lynn went into 'he's too young' mode and is still bit wary, eventhough he gave me his number to give to her.
2. Swapped spit with my reserved British bloke again. He appears to be interested in the whole dating thing. I told him I would wait for him...take it at his pace. Don't want to scare the guy.
3. Lynn got some tongue action from one of Matt's friends, who did not know how to light her fire. Too bad...women can be such finicky creatures.
3. Sat on a couch Saturday and Sunday, with the American girls in Harlow (Becky, Bonnie, Leanne) and Lynn. Watched the complete 2nd season of Grey's Anatomy. I am in love with Dr. McDreamy, Plastic McSteamy, Dr. Burke, Meredith and the rest of the gang. I am Dr. Bailey's protege!
4. Drama did ensue in the house. It seems women can be a bit cranky with no sleep. Ugh with the attitudes. I chin check myself first.

I think I will post again next weekend. I have been in the slumps personally.

Ok, so here's the story line. Roughly 1 year ago, an amazing woman from South Central Los Angeles decided after receiving her Master's degree to expand her horizons and venture off to London. So over the course of the next couple of years she will hope to bring two continents together through the eloquence of her words...ok that is complete and utter bullshit! Your not doing shit so just stay a minute for the hell of it!

I think we all have from time to time felt a little out of place in our bodies. That's normal. You shouldn't be so down, you are in a new place. Girl, grab life by the balls and have at it!!
